Answer a few questions. Get the prompts that build your assessment app with Claude.

1. About you

Whose assessment is this? These details appear in the app and help Claude set the right voice.

Optional. Leave blank if you do not have one yet.

2. The assessment

Describe it the way you would to a friend. Plain words work best.

Optional. One or two sentences for the first screen. Leave blank and Claude will write one.

3. Questions

Choose how people answer, then write your questions or let Claude draft them.

Between 2 and 6 options.

Ten is a good number. It takes about three minutes.

Tick "Reverse" where the answer that normally scores a point should not. For example, a positive statement in a stress test.

How the questions appear

4. Scoring and results

Split the scores into bands. Each band gets a heading, a short description and a next step.

Leave a heading, description or next step blank and Claude will write it for you.

The results screen shows

5. Details to collect

Ask only for what you need. Fewer fields means more people finish.

The app will tell people that their details are not stored.

6. Look and feel

Match your brand. You can change all of this later with a simple prompt.

Optional. Right click your logo on your website and choose "Copy image address".

This is the language people see when they take the assessment. You can still type your questions in English. Claude will translate them, and will keep talking to you in English.

7. Where it will live

Where will people take the assessment?

Small letters and dashes only. It becomes part of the web link. Leave blank to use the assessment name.

You will need a free GitHub account. Sign up at github.com before the publishing step.

8. Your prompts

There are two ways to build your app. Choose the one that suits you, then follow its steps.
